Flowerpot Making

These eight young women could not find work after graduating from high-school. They applied to the Rose Charities Vocational Training Program and asked to be taught a skill that they could turn into a business. After discussing several options they decided to learn to make cement flower pots. They then applied for a microcredit group loan. After more training in business management they recieved their first loan  and have begun production.  They are doing well and are on time in making their loan repayments.
