$50.00 is the smallest loan, given to people who have no previous business experience, and often the poorest and most vulnerable in the community. Rose Microcredit helps them develop a simple business that they understand such as: raising chickens, growing vegetables, or making noodles to sell in the market. The profits from their businesses provide income and help them take the first steps out of poverty. |
Family Business

Donate securities for greater tax savings. Using CanadaHelps.org, you can donate stocks, bonds or other securities directly to us for additional tax benefits. How does this work? Normally, when you sell your securities the resultant capital gains is taxable; if, however, you donate securities to a charity the value of the securities becomes a loss to your portfolio not a profit – so there is no capital gains tax. Additionally, you will receive a tax receipt for the value of the donated securities. To donate securites, click here.
